We are delighted to announce the following team changes which take effect today. These changes represent a significant deepening and broadening of our core team enabling Perform Green to develop a sustainable platform for growth:

 

Gavin Beckett is appointed as Chief Innovation & Research Officer (CIRO). Gavin joins us from Bristol City Council where he led the development and execution of digital strategy enabling city scale transformation. Gavin also led the design and delivery of the digital platform that supports the council’s shift of approach to that of an enabling and facilitating role in the city.

Gavin is leading Perform Green’s new project with Acas, to deliver a digital roadmap, and is also providing significant thought leadership – which you will see publicised on our website over the coming weeks.

 

Richard Barrington joins PG as Business Development Manager and will lead our sales development activities with new clients during Lara Moloney’s maternity leave in 2018. Richard is a Business Development and Public Policy professional with a strong sales and marketing background and deep Public Sector experience.

He has held senior / board positions in the Public Sector, Charities and Industry, most notably with a broad range of SME’s, Nokia, Sun Microsystem, and as Director for Industry at the Cabinet Office.

 

Clare Hewitt

Finally, Clare Hewitt, our Chief Operating Officer (COO), has been promoted to Director, and will serve as deputy CEO, whilst continuing as COO. Clare joined Perform Green in July 2016 to lead the operational development of Perform Green, establishing a corporate governance framework, building the operations team, and developing PG’s capability through the expansion of our brilliant associate network.
