Clare is an HR and Organisational Development Consultant with over 20 years’ experience helping public and private sector organisations deliver transformation through strategic HR initiatives, business-as-usual operations, and organisational change programmes. A Chartered Member of the CIPD since 2003, Clare enables organisations to deliver their strategic organisational vision by building their capacity and capability, identifying and developing their talent, coaching leaders and implementing effective business performance management.



Clare has been Deputy CEO (Director) at Perform Green since July 2016, accountable for delivering sustainable business growth and ensuring operational delivery with executive responsibility for HR, maintaining financial stability, and managing business performance and risk. Clare is also a Principle Consultant at Perform Green delivering future-facing HR services for a global client base. 



Clare has worked with a diverse range of organisations including, in the public sector; the NHS, Acas, the Department for the Environment, Food & Rural Affairs (Defra), Natural England, the Office of the Prime Minister, Bristol City Council, and in the private sector; Celerant Consulting, Xansa Plc, QA Training & Consultancy, CX Partners; and with not-for-profit organisations such as Bristol is Open, the University of Gloucestershire and the European Geosciences Union.
