Current Opportunities

We are looking for a new Project Administrator/Executive Support colleague to join our team.

Perform Green are seeking a highly motivated and organised person with a desire to learn and develop project management skills and experience, in a fast-paced programme and projects environment.

This new role will be expected to provide support to a variety of projects from small to large scale, including complex, multi-partner projects which range from Carbon Reduction and Sustainability to Autonomous Vehicle deployments. The role also involves executive support to two directors and executive consultants within innovation and sustainability.

Purpose of the role

Provide project and executive support across two director / consultants within innovation and sustainability.

Principle responsibilities

  • Provide executive support
  • Diary Management support (up to 3 staff direct control)
  • Multi – Stakeholder Communication and engagement across closely linked projects
  • Set up and maintain project files
  • Presentation preparation (using PPT and Word Document)
  • Establish and follow document control procedures
  • Administer and assist with board meetings
  • Monitoring and updating of project logs (Microsoft Excel)
  • Complete meeting follow up actions
  • Meeting scheduling
  • Minute and note taking
  • Proof reading
  • Assist with compilation of reports
  • Finance and Data Support

Person Specification

You should be a good communicator with exceptional organisational and written skills. You will be approachable and maintain good customer relationship in this consulting business, whilst persisting in ensuring delivery happens in a small team. Assisting Directors in the leadership of often complex and challenging multi-stakeholder projects will motivate you. You will also have good Microsoft (including Excel) skills.

Salary, Hours & Location

Salary: In the region of fte £23,500 fully pensionable

Hours: Flexible working approach – Minimum 25 hrs p/w over 4 or 5 days per week.

Hybrid role: This post is a home working role, requiring at least half day per week in Cheltenham.

Holidays: 25 days (plus bank holidays) annual leave pro rata.
