Wendy has a long career in technology and business change, with more than 20 years in executive roles, including founding and running a multi-million change implementation business. Her expertise in forging successful new business models based on leading edge technology means that she is called upon by many organisations for advice and support. She also operates as a non-executive director and chairman
Advisory work that Wendy carries out includes: service restructuring for global corporates; new services development and sourcing; public sector service re-organisation; and large scale outsourcing. Projects have ranged from complete transformation of the Met Police 999 operations, to implementation of new global models for data and technology businesses.
Wendy has a long track record of creating and commercialising shared services within public sector and in global corporates, and also has seven years’ experience as an outsourcer.
She is a Fellow of the RSA.
