She brings deep technical expertise in finance combined with strong commercial judgment and a keen understanding of governance, risk and assurance frameworks.
At Perform Green, Sanita leads on financial strategy and delivery assurance, helping the business and its clients ensure robust financial planning, transparent reporting and effective investment prioritisation. She plays a key role in supporting innovation‑led, publicly funded and sustainability‑focused initiatives, bringing clarity and insight to complex programmes and business cases.
Sanita is FCCA‑qualified with a Master’s in Finance, and her career spans senior finance and commercial roles across UK and international organisations. She is experienced in working within structured public‑sector governance environments, and in delivering value through financial modelling, benefits realisation planning and long‑term financial strategy. Sanita’s work supports Perform Green’s mission to create thriving, greener and smarter societies by underpinning transformational programmes with strong financial leadership.
