Jeremy Lewis is an experienced organisation development consultant, coach and facilitator, specialising in whole system leadership and developing strategic partnering across multiple agencies. He is committed to making a difference in helping individual leaders and the teams they lead thrive and works with clients in local government, housing and further education, as well as the private and third sectors.
Before establishing his own practice, he worked as an internal and external consultant with Capita, KPMG, Mercer and Lloyds Banking Group. He is also a visiting speaker at Sheffield Business School and Leeds Trinity University, blogs regularly and is currently writing a book, Grow the Pig, on organisational effectiveness.
Jeremy holds a practitioner diploma in executive coaching accredited by the AoEC and a postgraduate diploma in performance coaching recognised by the Association for Coaching. He is a MiRo Psychometrics Advanced Practitioner and is accredited by the British Psychological Society and the European Federation of Psychologists’ Associations for psychometric profiling. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and he also holds an MSc in Organisation Development and Consultancy from Sheffield Business School, where he was awarded the Torres Prize for outstanding achievement.
