A strategic technology consultant, Dave has 25 years of experience in digital connectivity spanning Network Delivery, Network Innovation and Operational Director roles, building deep technical and professional expertise covering both private and public sector perspectives. Dave has a strong commercial outlook, driving value, cost efficiency and transformation whilst managing and measuring risk. He has an ability to transform performance and deliver real and sustainable impact, operating as a business professional and technical expert.
Dave has excellent technical knowledge of connected and smart technologies, along with stakeholder management skills, with a recent history of building reliable contacts in the mobile network sector, building on 20 years’ experience working for Mobile Network Operators and their partners, such as Orange and Nokia, focussing on design and implementation of connectivity. He has led Network Infrastructure Acceleration Strategy and Programme delivery, along with Technology and Connectivity Adoption Programme design and delivery.
Dave has a masters in Engineering (MEng) from Nottingham University, and has worked on policy design and delivery of intervention programmes for both Government and Local Authorities.
