Paul is a learning and leadership development specialist with a particular interest in how people can communicate more effectively and work more productively with each other in the work place. He brings a diverse range of experience from having operated within the public sector, the third/charitable sector, education, and private sector. As a result he understands the often different operational environments in which people work and what is required to make these working environments perform more effectively. Recently he has become increasingly interested on the impact that health and wellbeing has on productivity.

He has designed and run learning and development interventions for teams and managers from all sectors. Organisation he has worked with include KPMG, Swiss Re, Experian, Covidien, Atos Origin, Fujitsu, LinkLaters, PwC, E-ON, The Shaw Trust and HM Revenue & Customs. Paul is a guest lecturer at Imperial College Business School, and a qualified mediator, accredited by Regents College School of Psychotherapy and Counselling.

His book, The Feldenkrais Method for Executive Coaches, Managers, and Business Leaders, co-written with Garet Newell, was published by Routledge Focus in 2017.
