Nottingham City Council have a number of control room capabilities across services including an accredited ARC predominately focussed on public safety. Perform Green were appointed to build a business case for an Integrated Operations Centre to underpin Smart City ambitions, improve service delivery and deliver realisable financial benefits in the medium term.
