An innovator and change facilitator, Toby Rhodes has over 15 years’ experience as a business leader, change and organisational development consultant, and learning and development professional.
An entrepreneurial and commercially astute leader, Toby has led and supported innovation, change and transition projects with a large range of blue-chip clients including HSBC, Food Standards Agency, DLA Piper, Defra, Bristol City Council, William Hill, Remploy, Areva PES, Royal Mail, & South Yorkshire Police. He has particular expertise in organisational culture, innovation, stakeholder engagement, learning and development, and understanding readiness for change.
Toby has undertaken leading roles in several entrepreneurial businesses and social enterprises. In addition to leading Perform Green, he held leadership roles in local charity Challenge Cancer Through Adventure (as a Trustee for over 10 years and Chairman for 5 years up to 2017), and as a mentor to a number of entrepreneurial start-up businesses and business leaders.
Pragmatic, creative and academically grounded, Toby has designed and led successful learning and business change programmes incorporating: programme design, stakeholder engagement, change management, communications, creative learning design, change facilitation, progress measurement and programme evaluation.
Toby studied at Manchester University, Sheffield University, and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a Fellow of the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning.
