Paul Arrigoni is business transformation and technology leader with over 30 years of experience, mainly in senior roles in the public sector.
Until 2016 he was the Director of Business Change and ICT at Bristol City Council for seven years, leading their ambitious transformation programme including the development and delivery of the council’s Digital strategy.
Prior to that he was CIO at the Environment Agency for eight years, delivering new technology and services to the organisation’s 12,000 staff across England and Wales. He led a major programme to rationalise their IT estate and service delivery organisation.
More recently Paul has undertaken a number of assignments through Perform Green including reviewing the technology estate and governance for Bristol is Open Ltd and working with multiple NHS organisations in the region to develop a shared leadership, governance and delivery model for their Local Digital Roadmap.
