Ian is highly experienced in many senior roles including Programme Director & Portfolio Manager, in business improvement and cost saving initiatives and delivery, including operational restructuring assignments, requiring the design and implementation of new Target Operating Models and commercial development.
Ian has multi-industry Global and pan-European experience as well as in central and local UK government from Oil & Gas to Finance to Central UK Government Portfolios.
Ian is also involved in Community activities particularly as a Justice of the Peace since 1996 with extensive experience and appreciation of criminal justice issues coupled with considerable experience of sitting on the North Essex Magistrates Bench for criminal proceedings, as a Chair in Adult and Youth Courts, and current Chair of Youth Panel.
