Swim Ireland are the National Governing Body (NGB) for swimming, water polo, diving and synchronised swimming across the 32 counties of the island of Ireland.
Swim Ireland have appointed Perform Green to undertake an assessment of how Swim Ireland is currently delivering on their sustainability aims, and identify strategies for the organisation to improve. This project will cover the Economic, Social and Environmental impact of the organisation, and will include:
- An engagement with employees, members and other stakeholders to understand the current way in which Swim Ireland functions;
- An investigation into the existing strengths and weaknesses of the organisation regarding Sustainability;
- A strategy that highlight opportunities for improvement;
- An action plan for Swim Ireland that details the next steps for them to improve their Sustainability.
