Perform Green are partnering with Merthyr Tydfil Borough Council to deliver a Smart Town Strategy incorporating:
- A review of the existing connectivity assets and infrastructure in the borough.
- A detailed stakeholder engagement program, covering Merthyr Tydfil council staff and members, businesses, and partners to understand their development needs and identify opportunities where connectivity and data can make a significant contribution to business growth, environmental protection and public service delivery in the town.
- Creation of a blueprint for a smart town platform.
- Delivery of a smart town strategy that complements their existing placemaking plan and provides a road map for the delivery of smart solutions within the town.
