From 2016 to 2018, Perform Green led a project for the Global Transformation function in HSBC to review and improve the capability framework for all Transformation staff (who lead major, bank-wide change projects), together with associated learning and professional development programmes. The renewed capability framework will lead to improved opportunities for career development and for personal and professional development.
