Perform Green worked on a a digital transformation programme with Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service (Acas). Acas is delivering an ambitious digital transformation programme which Perform Green worked alongside them to develop a Digital Roadmap and introduce user centric and agile techniques with the aim to transform their thinking.
Perform Green provided a team of three highly skilled consultants; a Digital Transformation Lead, an Enterprise Architect and an Agile Digital Facilitator. Perform Green’s process is innovative and collaborative and, as per our values, aim to leave a legacy for Acas to continue the transformation journey beyond our assignment.
