Jo comes to PG with a wealth of knowledge having worked as a personal and executive assistant in London for the past 20 years.

She has recently relocated to Bristol having not long returned to work from raising her two young children.

Jo brings her unique set of skills to PG having worked for a diverse range of people and industries.  She thrives in fast-paced dynamic environment having supported a Newspaper Editor for 8 years.  She has previously worked for various entrepreneurs and high-net worth businessmen and one supermodel.

A problem solver and planner Jo is looking forward to helping Barney Smith and the Perform Green Board work smarter together.

Aswell as supporting her executive Jo has launched an internship programme, created a internal PA network, set up global sales offices and helped out on business planning and event management.

Aswell as traditional EA duties Jo has found herself chartering private jets, renting an elephant, putting together a flat pack without instructions, running a marathon, publishing an article, bailing out one of her bosses from jail and hanging out at no. 10 and all before lunch.

Jo is excited to be working for the ‘good guys’ to be part of an innovative team delivering positive social change and legacy.  She looks forward to learning new tricks and championing PG’s culture.

Jo is looking forward to discovering her new city, Bristol, and finding its heartbeat.
