Nikki Davies

Consultant

Nikki has over 30 years’ experience in sales, customer service, marketing, event management and change communications. She has a passion for ensuring that others can experience the right product, service or message, at the right time, in the way they understand and truly stands by her mantra that ‘no-one ever complains that something’s too simple’.

Most recently, Nikki has been leading on comms and engagement for a Defra Network-wide estates rationalisation project (downsizing offices to you and me!), but has also played a key stakeholder engagement role in a number of other pioneering change projects at Defra; helped Natural England achieve Customer Service excellence and headed up national marketing activity for Environmental Stewardship.

In her spare time, Nikki cooks, cooks and then cooks some more and holds a secret supper club for family and friends at home. She is passionate about nature and lives in a forest with her husband, Jack Russell and cat, in their 17c cottage without mains electricity!

Testimonial

‘Nikki has a wonderful ability of getting to the heart of any problem or issue, and then help resolve it in a caring yet straightforward way. The way in which Nikki takes a collaborative approach to her work results in a supportive team environment.

One of the things that has been helpful over the last few months is Nikki not only caring about the big stuff and supporting the team through it but also making the time to listen, support and assist with the more individual concerns that people have. This has resulted in a smooth transition for the team.

Nikki not only has excellent people skills but has also made a difference to the way in which our customers can now access our services which should result in more business and a better quality of customer service.’
