A typical recent project includes successfully delivering a Lean methodology start-up style product within an NHS organisation. Part of the project involved upskilling employees in-house and providing guidance on industry best practices.
Cathartic.co is another project developed by Neil, which uses cutting edge, enterprise-grade technology to help people talk about issues, typically Mental Health, Addiction, Abuse etc. The technology has been successfully piloted with Barclays Bank and is currently being rolled out at The Chartered Banker Institute as a tool to help people speak up about issues. The product has been built from scratch and Neil has been there at every stage, from Pitching, raising investment, building and implementing.
