At Dell Computer, applying Systems Thinking approaches, Mark transformed an EMEA Technical Support structure into an award winning function without which sales growth would have been severely hampered. As a trusted Business Partner and coach at Aviva, Mark identified and managed the impact of change on leaders and their teams. The Grantham Institute for Climate Change, and Sustainable Energy Futures programme at Imperial College London engaged Mark to devise innovative and practical modules to help lead people through change. Covidien, retained Mark over a period of seven years, to deliver OD and Change projects and Leadership Programmes within the UK and EMEA business functions.
