Mark is an experienced Enterprise Architect and a specialist in digital transformation.
He has worked as a consultant for over a decade with a range of organisations, including the Ministry of Justice, NHS, Ordnance Survey, Environment Agency, Bristol and Plymouth councils, Skills Funding Agency and Food Standards Agency.
His experience includes defining the enterprise architecture to drive digital transformation initiatives, and developing target operating models for business transformation programmes.
Mark has a background in software development and architecture. He built customer management systems for Orange, and helped launch their customer self-service and global API services. He has a flexible and pragmatic approach to change, and to how his enterprise architecture skill set can help organisations meet their needs.
He is based in Bristol.
