Lara has 18 years experience working within the sales, marketing and advertising industries to deliver long term strategies for growth against a changing digital landscape.  A high level of understanding of digital strategy, SEO, display advertising, social media, affiliate marketing, email marketing, content marketing and multi-channel planning and buying.
As a leading force in the growth of a small publishing house which challenged the structure and style of traditional publishing, Lara implemented multiple revenue streams, delivered the expansion from two cities to six and raised capital investment for digital innovation.
Lara has always been active within the volunteer sector, whether creating a voice for women in Greater Manchester as part of UN Women, mentoring student’s at Lancaster University or providing support to social enterprise initiatives as a fellow of the RSA.  With a huge passion for travelling the world, experiencing a variety of cultures, lifestyles and terrains.
