“Conversations that Matter”

In 2016, we were asked help the Finance function of “challenger” bank Aldermore to design and facilitate an offsite event for the whole function (90 staff). The purpose of the event was to bring all staff together to:

  • improve collaboration across the function and with “clients” in the wider business
  • align to and strengthen buy-in to the vision and strategy of the function and of the wider business
  • focus on delivery of excellent customer service to internal customers, and create “line of sight” through to external customers
  • identify and start to tackle challenges and issues affecting performance
