We have ambitious growth plans and are seeking to appoint a permanent and full time Senior Consultant to work with Perform Green consultants and teams to deliver exceptional results for our clients, based at our Bristol office, Boxworks 14 at The Engine Shed, BS1 6QH. This is a high-profile role working with a dynamic team across the UK to drive the business forward.

In addition to the person specification, you will be degree educated with a minimum of 5 years’ professional experience consulting either in management consulting organisation or combination of consultancy and industry delivering in-house as part of business change and programme teams where you will have demonstrated;

Purpose of the role:

To deliver exceptional quality consulting services for our clients as part of the Perform Green team.

Principle responsibilities:

  • Engaging with clients, to propose and deliver practical business change solutions;
  • Analyse client’s existing operations to identify pain points, inefficiencies and any unmet business needs;
  • Develop innovative ways to improve or change operations, leveraging technology, innovative initiatives, and industry knowledge in collaboration with colleagues and clients;
  • Understand the client’s stakeholder environment and contribute to the formation of strategy for the transformation of their business;
  • Project coordination, business analysis including delivering on specific projects on client sites individually and as part of Perform Green’s project teams;
  • Support or lead client workshops in support of business change;
  • Prepare various documents such as status reports, process maps, impact assessments, training materials and user manuals;
  • Contribution to the broader development of the business through the production of bids, sales proposals and relationship building
  • Synthesise and deliver research for clients and Perform Green thought leadership.

Person Specification:

The role is an integral part of the consultancy delivery team and requires an ambitious and enthusiastic individual who is keen to contribute to company growth and to develop their own experience and capabilities in consulting, project management and business change. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer you will be based in Perform Green’s Bristol office. The role will require frequent and regular travel to and work from client premises.
